2 Week Kickstart

I sleep well, I'm more active and very happy. I now maintain between 58-60kg that’s a MASSIVE 30+kg and my diabetes is now In remission, I’ve not taken any medication for over 1 year! Cannot recommend Altralife enough… thank you.

I lost 4stone 6lbs in the 12 weeks and then carried on losing weight to the total of 6 stones. I felt better than I had in years, I had more energy and want to do more physical activities. The main thing for me was the health benefits, my diabetes was in control and my blood glucose tests were back in the normal range.

I anticipated 12 weeks of shakes and soups to be quite difficult but once I developed my routine I coasted through it. I lost 28kg in this period and I have since lost a further 6kg

I thought I would struggle with total diet replacement, but the choices of shakes and soups available were great. I didn't feel hungry during the course and wasn't tempted to have anything else. I dropped in size from XXL to a size Medium. I have also managed to keep my size Medium when reintroducing the food.

Initially, I was sceptical, however to my surprise I lost weight very quickly; 1 stone a month for the first 2 months. Losing this much weight quickly really encouraged me to strive further. I felt physically, emotionally and socially better off. Altralife cater for people with specific dietary requirements such as; those with diabetes or vegetarians, as it contains all the vitamins and minerals needed on a daily basis.

A hard but determined disciplined start, it took about 8 days to get used to, but then a breeze with focused mind and support from family and diabetic coach.

I was really overweight and had high blood pressure I needed to lose the weight so I could keep up with my family, it wasn’t easy especially at Christmas eating a few Brussels and having a chocolate shake but I persevered worked hard I haven’t exercised because I have arthritis and fibromyalgia but the weight has come off and is still coming off. I am in remission from diabetes I feel so much better, I still need to lose about another 4 stone but feel it is achievable. I would recommend this plan to anyone.

During the 12 weeks the results were fantastic, weight was dropping every week, huge improvements in both my blood pressure and my resting heartbeat were an inspiration to complete the journey. I felt fitter, had higher energy levels and was really enjoying exercising again. I finished my program around 5 months ago and have kept the majority of weight loss off, I still use some of the shakes as part of my weekly diet. I feel that this helps keep my mind focused on my journey and helps to support my all round healthier life style.
